Exchanges First

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong thing — we’ll happily exchange it.

Just make sure:

You contact us within 14 days of delivery

The item hasn’t been worn or used

You’ve got your order confirmation

Send us a quick email with your order number and a photo if there’s an issue. We’ll take care of it.

Refunds

We’re an exchange-first club.

Refunds are only offered if:

We can’t replace the item, or

The product is confirmed faulty and there’s no replacement available

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind — so please choose carefully.
